Steeping Guide

Hot Brew

  1. Portion: Use one 5g tea cake per 250ml (8oz) of water.
  2. Temperature: Steep with water at 90–95°C
  3. Time: Start with a 1-minute steep for the first infusion, 30 seconds for 2nd-4th steeps, gradually increasing steeping time by 10 seconds for each subsequent infusion.
  4. Re-steep: Enjoy 4–6 steeps, noticing how the tea’s flavor deepens with each infusion as the citrus notes become more pronounced.

Cold Brew

  1. Portion: Use one 5g tea cake per 500ml (17oz) of cold water.
  2. Time: Place in the fridge and steep for 6–8 hours, or overnight, to bring out the tea’s refreshing and subtly sweet character.
